2. What data does the Website use and for what purpose?

In order to provide you with the opportunity to contact us, the Website includes contact forms described in detail below. The Websites only use your personal data voluntarily entered into the contact forms specified below.


a) contact form – basic

The form allows to collect the following data: name and surname, phone number, e-mail address and limited address data: city and voivodeship. In order to use the contact form feature, you must provide at least an e-mail address or a phone number. Providing the data contained in the contact form is entirely voluntary; however, failure to provide such data shall result in IZODOM 2000 POLSKA Sp. z o.o. being unable to contact you.


3. On what basis do we collect and process personal data? Purposes and periods of processing

We collect your personal data in order to enable you to contact the Controller or the local IZODOM 2000 POLSKA Sp. z o.o. representative for communication related to the provision of services and for direct marketing purposes (mailing of ordered catalogues).
The basis for the processing of your data is the voluntary consent you have given (Article 6(1a) of the GDPR). We always process your personal data for a specific purpose and only the data that is necessary to achieve that purpose.

The consent for data processing can be withdrawn at any time, without any negative consequences, in a manner as simple as giving consent. Consent withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the use of your data before the withdrawal of consent.

We process personal data provided via contact forms for the period necessary to answer the question and handle the case, and in the case of consent to send a catalogue for the period necessary to send the same. For marketing purposes, we process data no longer than until you withdraw your consent or object to such processing.

We archive and process the data for the purposes of determining and defending against possible claims for a period of 3 years from the date of their acquisition (the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller, Article 6(1f) of the GDPR).


4.Who do we transfer your data to?

We may transfer your data to:

a) entities processing data on behalf of the Controller, i.e.: specialized data storage service providers, specialized entities providing IT and hosting services for us, entities supporting us with correspondence handling, legal, financial, marketing services and entities operating and maintaining our telecommunications network;

b) other data controllers processing your data on their own behalf: entities running postal or courier services, our authorized dealerships – local representatives of IZODOM 2000 POLSKA Sp. z o.o., in accordance with the information set forth in item 2. IZODOM 2000 POLSKA Sp. z o.o. sells its products through a network of local representatives – authorised dealerships. For this reason, in some cases it is necessary to share your data with the Controller’s local representatives in order to respond to requests for quotations or to provide services to you.

Data transferred to third parties is only used to provide you with our services. The Controller shall ensure that any sharing or entrusting of your data to other entities for processing complies with applicable data protection legislation. We shall never sell your personal data or exchange the same with third parties for marketing purposes, except when sharing your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.


5. Website partner security and privacy policy and social media

For your convenience, the Website includes functionalities integrated with external social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) which can be activated manually. In this case, third parties that operate the platforms will be able to identify you, determine how you use the website, link and store this information with your social media profile. • restrict data processing (withholding of data operations or not deleting the data – depending on the content of your request);
• request transmission of the data to another controller (Article 20 of the GDPR);
• object to the processing of data, if your data is processed for direct marketing purposes or if the processing is based on the Controller’s legitimate interest or on public interest.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of law.

7. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

Your personal data can only be transferred outside the European Economic Area to Google if you have consented to the use of cookies. Google is a recipient certified under the Privacy Shield of the United States which is equivalent to providing adequate safeguards to protect your data in accordance with Article 46(2) of the GDPR.
